Where our information comes from
The judgments on this site come from on-site visits, direct conversations with schools, and accumulated casework — not from information copied off the internet.
Why this page exists
Study-abroad information is repeated widely online, but the source is rarely stated. Policies change, schools differ from one another, and a claim that was accurate three years ago may no longer hold.
So every guide on this site marks the basis of its central answer:
- A — government regulation or official document — written as “under the regulations…”
- B — written confirmation from a school or institution — written as “the school currently confirms…”
- C — multiple observed cases in practice — written as “in cases we have handled…”
- D — our own professional judgment — written as “my judgment is…”
We do not present D as A. This matters most where minors, guardianship, residence and school policy are involved.
A visit is not an endorsement
What follows records where we have been and what was discussed. It does not mean any school endorses, authorises or recommends our services. Admissions and partnership decisions rest entirely with the school.
