LEP is a specialist education consultancy based in Europe, working directly with Eerde. Our focus is education planning, school selection and the practical work of preparing and coordinating applications.
Based in Luxembourg, LEP works in the same time zone as Eerde and is within easy reach of the Netherlands. James Liu has visited the school, seen its boarding and teaching facilities, and maintains direct contact with the school. Our advice connects the published curriculum with the environment your child would actually experience.
For families abroad, we coordinate with the school during European working hours and give you a clear account of progress and next steps. For families already in Europe, we bring first-hand school knowledge and practical help with comparing options and preparing an application.
One point of contact for the application
We help organise academic records, language information and the student's goals into a dossier suited to the school's requirements. We coordinate assessments and meetings, follow up on outstanding documents, and clarify the proposed course, boarding and arrival arrangements.
Where a visa or residence process applies, we assist with document preparation and liaise with the school about the steps it handles. Families provide their own records and complete any steps requiring their personal participation; LEP follows up on the agreed application work.
Quarterly visits to the Netherlands
LEP organises school visits in the Netherlands each quarter. Contact us to discuss the next arrangements and the questions you would like to explore. Our location makes communication and in-person coordination with the school easier.
A visit should help you understand how your child would learn and live, including boarding, meals and everyday routines. We help you focus on the aspects that matter to your family.
Does applying through LEP cost more?
Until 15 September 2027, LEP charges no additional service fee for assistance with an Eerde application. This includes application assessment, school liaison, document preparation and visa application support. School tuition, boarding and government or other third-party charges remain payable.
You gain a Europe-based point of contact to help prepare and coordinate the application, without an additional LEP application service charge during this period.
